Who Are We
Our Athletics Diversity & Inclusion Index – ADII measures athletic departments’ organizational commitment to diversity and inclusion. Our index scores collegiate athletic departments’ policies, employee demographics, training, partnerships, and initiatives across key D&I areas. The Athletics D&I Index’s goal is to provide accountability tools, training, and resources to higher education athletic diversity officers and athletic departments.
Index Scoring
Companies that participate in the Athletics Diversity & Inclusion Index – ADII will individually be rated on a scale of 0 to 100.
The key diversity and inclusion pillars scored are: Athletics Department Engagement, Supplier Diversity, Diversity & Inclusion Best Practices; Policies, Benefits, and Initiatives; Community Outreach/Corporate Social Responsibility.
Each company will receive a scorecard detailing the overall assessment results, and the performance breakdown according to the 5 diversity and inclusion areas of the Athletics Department Index.
The Athletics D&I Index will communicate the findings to all survey participants.
